has over nine (9) years combined loan doc signing experience,
which includes refinances, purchases, reverse mortgages and hard
money documentation signings. |

Group, Inc. maintains a nationwide network of knowledgeable and
professional Signing Agents.
All signings are completed at your customer’s convenience –
office, home, any hour, any day or evening.
Our Signing Agents will contact your customer and set, or
confirm an appointment for signing. Your loan documents
will be reviewed, signed and notarized.
Documents will be returned to desired location via overnight
courier.
Communication of your signing status before, during, and
after the signing. |

All of our signing agents
are commissioned, insured and bonded. We can handle
faxed, overnight or emailed documents and can work at
your office while your staff is otherwise occupied, at
our conveniently located office or go directly to the
signer's home or office, thereby providing you with the
most efficient, friendly, cost-effective, accurate and
professional document signings and notary services at
the most competitive rates.
We will provide a
confirmation call to the borrowers as soon as the
appointment is scheduled and the information is received
by us. We will arrive at appointments on time and
conduct the loan signing in an accurate, reliable and
professional manner, while adhering to all state notary
laws. We will not give advice or offer opinions
regarding the loan terms and conditions. Our notaries
are trained to handle all information with the highest
level of confidentiality, to pay close attention to
detail and accuracy, to always be honest and ethical and
to return loan documents to the parties as instructed in
a timely manner.
